Park - Outdoor Scavenger Hunts

Park scavenger hunts are a great way to spend the day at the park with a group of kids or the family. These scavenger hunts are intended to be done in most medium to large parks. However, it is best to use your discretion and see if all the items, objects and clues are available at your park. If they are NOT then modify the hunt for your specific park. You can also leave the items in the hunt and see if the kids will find it!

We have the following park scavenger hunts.

Take advantage of the latest GPS technology, and plan a fun and high-tech scavenger hunt. This is a great way to introduce newcomers to letterboxing and geocaching, or to teach new users how to operate a GPS unit. You will need a handheld GPS unit for each team, and a location that is spread out, like a neighborhood or park.
